I have been dieting since my first child was born nearly nine years ago. I told my husband once that I hate dieting--I would rather eat what I want and maintain my weight rather than restrict my intake to lose weight. My brother suggested the Paleo diet, and his wife gave me Everyday Paleo. So we decided to try it for a month as a family. Here's an abbreviated journal of our journey.
